So we have always ate pretty healthy as a fam. And I love making new things! Tonight we are grilling out so I decided to make a new quinoa dish!
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 can black beans
About 4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar. More or less.... Go with your taste buds. Same with the salt and pepper.
Avocado cut up
Green peppers
And I thought I had a red onion at home. I didn't so it's not in this batch but I would prob cut up half of one!
Once quinoa is cooked add everything to it and chill in refrigerator!
So yummy and healthy!
