
So I have decided that working out early in the morning is the best time to do it. I get up about 5 min to 6 and I get to the gym at 6:15. While I am driving to the gym I am thinking,"Why am I doing this again?"  But once I am there it's all worth it.  I love being able to do it first thing in the morning because I have the evening to hangout with Michael and Emma. My favorite people! Plus I have a  lot of energy when I get home and I don't feel sluggish! I am hoping to continue this routine....and maybe even see some results? Please? 
I will see you tomorrow morning Mr. Alarm clock!
