Back 2 school breakfast

Mornings are usually crazy around here when school starts. So this week and next week I will be making new, clean, healthy recipes for some quick and easy breakfasts! 

2 cups old fashion oats 
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder 
1/2 tsp. baking soda 
1/4 tsp. sea salt 
1 ripe banana 
1 egg 
1/4 cup almond or any nut butter
1/4 cup honey 
1 cup blueberries 
A handful of almonds


Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Once they are mixed well add dry ingredients to the wet. 

In a food processor chop up almonds 

Fold  in blueberries to mixture.

Spray cupcake pans and fill 3/4 way with mixture. Add extra blueberries on top along with chopped almonds.
